Why is the "Add to Cart" timer not working? (CTB)

Unfortunately the Add to Cart Countdown Timer is not compatible with certain themes. Our Countdown Timer Bar app was not designed with this feature in mind - it was added due to a request from a customer, but it's really hit and miss with regards to compatibility. For this reason we do not advertise this feature at all on our app listing page.

In this situation, we recommend trying our Ultimate Sales Boost app, which was designed with this feature in mind (equivalent to Countdown Timer Type D). This feature is available on the free version of Ultimate Sales Boost.
